Our Culture and Community

Our firm's 'CARE program' is centered around our four values: Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm. It is  through these values  we inspire our people to work together, operating as one team and focussing on our firm's success together.

CARE is more than an acronym. It is a state of being, it's the way we do things.

Putting words into action, our teams support these in the communities we live and work in and live our values through various events. Over the last 12 months some of the activities  and causes we have supported include:

  • Collecting non-perishable goods, baking and stationery items to donate to a local family in Biloela who recently lost their mother to cancer.
  • Participating in the Rocky River Run, the Rockhampton team completed either two or five kilometre walk and their registration fees went towards youth mental health and prevention of youth suicide.
  • In Beenleigh, each Thursday morning the team regularly serve breakfast to the children at one of those local schools.
  • Brisbane collecting non-perishable food that went towards the Foodbank Christmas drive, and their official 'Office bake off' raising funds for the Hear and Say Foundation.
  • Supporting the many fundraising activities CanDo Cancer Trust hold throughout the year, the Coffs Harbour team have kindly donated good, time and money through Market Day stalls, raffle tickets, Christmas donations and staff time assisting with their Audit and Financial Work.
