The Queensland and Northern New South Wales firm are one of five independent firms within Australia, giving us access to experience and knowledge from professionals nationwide, whilst allowing us to retain the agility of a local business. We employ over 150 staff across six offices including: Beenleigh, Biloela, Brisbane, Coffs Harbour, Monto and Rockhampton.

Our firm accepts passionate graduates into our five main offices including Coffs Harbour, Brisbane, Beenleigh, Rockhampton, and Biloela.
Once the applications close, the shortlisting process begins.
1. We look through every resume, cover letter and transcript that have been submitted and may reach out with a phone call.
2. If you are shortlisted, we will invite you into the office of your choosing and conduct a first round interview. This will usually involve a Manager and a member of the HR team.
3. Successful applicants will be invited for a second-round interview to meet another Manager / Partner.
4. Finally, a meet and greet may be organised for final candidates to view the office and meet the wider team.
5. We finalise the process and extend offers to the successful graduates.
We are always available to answer any questions throughout the recruitment process and will always offer feedback to all graduates who interview with us.
