About the role

As a Principal within our firm, you will form part of the leadership group for the business, its clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with the Partner/s and broader leadership group to provide clients with key advice and services while identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work on A grade clients
  • Provide personalised, strategic advice and innovative solutions to support client’s needs 
  • Identify and action new client opportunities and servicing existing client relationships to drive loyalty and retention
  • Manage a team, clients and stakeholders
  • Assist with developing team capability through succession planning, training and career development

About you

You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:

  • Experienced in a professional services role for 8+ years providing corporate finance and tax advice; consulting to a broad range of clients
  • A qualified CA/CPA or equivalent
  • Someone who has had extensive exposure to larger client groups and sophisticated business structures with multiple entities and technical complexity
  • An engaged people leader with internal management experience
